With that said, I was not expecting a work of amazing literature. I only expected more than what I got. The excuses were interesting. However, at 29% (location 189) the book ends and the remaining content consists of numerous previews of other works. I cannot recommend this book to anyone, especially once Amazon begins charging for it. However, if the book is still free and you would like to try it out, go ahead. Golfers, you need to commit several of these to memory and modify to your unique situation accordingly. I guarantee you will read several of these and can remember thinking something similar as you are cursing through another round of golf. My personal favorites from this book are Par is an Arbitrary Number, The Beer Cart Distracted You, People Were Talking Through Your Backswing, and Pick Up the Pace Slow Asses as I have used those same excuses many times. While this is not serious reading material, I am certain the average golfer will find a lot of humor with it! |
